Our kittens are raised in a clean environment. They are free of ear mites, fleas, worms, and any fungus,  etc.

They are also groomed and bathed regularly during our care, and again right before leaving to their new home.

and we do reserve the right to refuse a sale

to any person, for any reason, without explanation.**

 (If we feel that there is a chance that there will be lack of proper care, with the new potential owner,

we have the right to refuse the adoption process)

We may ask for references, and all of our kittens are adopted with an accompanying agreement.

We feel that we can only place our kittens into the hands of the best pre-approved homes.

*Deposits are not refundable*

*Deposits or reservations of any kind are not refundable, if the Buyer changes his/her mind*

*If a deposit has been sent by mail, while another buyer is able to pay immediately using any

 immediate-payment method (PayPal) for the same kitten/cat,

we will accept the payment from the buyer whose entire payment  reaches us first, and we will refund the deposit upon receiving it.*

*Due to record keeping purposes, we do not handle conversations over the phone.

We handle all of our business by email, for your convenience and ours *

*According to our cattery rules, we cannot sell a kitten as a birthday present or any other holiday present.

If you are interested in one of our kittens, please ask the person who will be receiving the kitten/cat to contact us in advance.

You may still pay for the kitten yourself, which will be accompanied with a gift certificate*
