*Deposits or reservations are not accepted until our kittens are at least 12-16 weeks old.*
*Deposits or reservations are not refundable if Buyer changes his/her mind,
but would be refundable if anything else were to happen.*
*Only deposit can reserve a kitten for you during a reasonable period of time.*

and we do reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason without explanation.**
**We do not hold a kitten without a deposit,
once a deposit is accepted, that kitten is considered "reserved".**
Description of Terms
Will be available later - means that the kitten is not old enough for adoption.
Available - means that the kitten is available for purchase.
Pending Reservation - means we are holding the kitten for a limited time till we receive a deposit.
Reserved - means we have received a deposit for the sale, but the sale is not completed.
Adopted-means the kitten is sold and in their new home.
***No kitten is held without a deposit.***

We may ask for references and all our kittens/cats are place with an agreement.
We only place our kittens/cats to the best approved homes.
