*Deposits or reservations are not refundable if Buyer changes his/her mind,

but would be refundable if anything else were to happen.*

*Only deposit can reserve a kitten for you during a reasonable period of time.*

**Only serious inquiries will be answered

and we do reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason without explanation.**

Pending Reservation - means we are holding the kitten for a limited time till we receive a deposit.

Reserved - means we have received a deposit for the sale, but the sale is not completed.

Adopted - means the kitten is sold and in their new home.

**No kitten is held without a deposit.**
